INIFD has realized the importance of creating skilled professionals in fashion domain who can cater to the ever growing demand of the industry fulfilling expectations of different segments of society. This realization takes its practical shape back in 1995 when renowned fashion designer ‘Ritu Beri’ launched INIFD in collaboration with IMB, Milan (Italy) in technical association with seventy nine years old ‘Annamalai University’.

Ever since its inception INIFD has become one of the best fashion designing institutes in Pune and created milestones in terms of providing skilled professionals to various fashion industries. Some of the well established names in the industry like Neeta Lulla, Ashley Rebello, Aki Narula,Raghvinder Rathore & umpteen cine stars like Lara Dutta, Katrina Kaif, Priyanka Chopra, Bipasha Basu, Malaika Arora and many more were associated with INIFD students activities.

Today after fifteen years of journey, INIFD has successfully established itself as one of the best fashion designing school in Pune with an open collaborative approach sending its alumni to various domain of fashion.
